Content that may be restricted from generation
- Pornography or excessive nudity
- Hateful or severely offensive content that attacks or dehumanizes groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, serious illness or disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
- Explicit violence or gore
- Content that incites, glorifies, or threatens violence
- Illegal activities or goods
- Self-harm or encouragement of self-harm
- Minor nudity or sexualization of minors
- For Google Veo3, generation may be restricted for uploading minor photos alone
- Terrorism or violent extremism
- Harmful misinformation, fraud, or deceptive content in the real world
- Others’ private information
- For the Sora (OpenAI) model, generation may be restricted when attaching photorealistic images of real people.
- Characters or objects that violate specific IP (Intellectual Property) or copyright
- Characters or objects that may violate specific IP (Intellectual Property) or copyright
- Other violations of each AI model provider’s generation policies
Content that includes the above may be restricted from generation. If violations continue, the following penalties may apply
- Content generation for the relevant account may become persistently slower depending on provider moderation
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
In most cases, each AI model provider makes these determinations, and the service provider assumes no responsibility or obligation whatsoever, including credit refunds or compensation. Unlimited users are also considered to have agreed to these terms as a condition of the service. If an account is temporarily or permanently suspended due to this issue, no refund will be provided for membership cancellation.
